Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included
  • Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our watersports equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bodyboarding gear, kayak accessories, or canoeing equipment, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Canoe & Kayak Base Layers
  • Canoe & Kayak Gloves
  • Canoe & Kayak Footwear
  • Children’s Sun Suits
  • Any item that shows signs of use or is not in resellable condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship to our warehouse at:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Request Template

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same product in a different size/color:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

For exchanges to a different product: You’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
