Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Canoe & Kayak Base Layers
- Canoe & Kayak Gloves
- Canoe & Kayak Footwear
- Children’s Sun Suits
- Any item that shows signs of use or is not in resellable condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same product in a different size/color:

- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
For exchanges to a different product, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
